History
ARES was founded by Claire Colley in Toronto, Canada in 1996. It has been operating as a corporation since 1998. Since its founding, the company has established itself as a niche provider in the IT staffing field.
It has since become a vendor of record with the Ontario provincial government and the Government of Canada. Co-CEO Jack Nodel joined the company in 2003.
