History
A small company in the technology design and support services field, Information Technology Partners (ITP) was founded in 1991 in Chicago, Illinois. Their main products are technology best practices, systems and software development services, long-term support, and technology resource centres. Their main clients are in the hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare and philanthropy fields.
The Chief Technology Officer of the company is Bill Berry, an expert on Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) and Internet Protocol (IP) networks. ITP’s COO, Tim Dechant joined the firm in 2014. He was formerly a Senior Consultant and Ernest and Young. The company formed a partnership with About Bit 9 + Carbon Black to become a managed security service provider and incidence response partner of that company. Through the use of Carbon Black’s technology, ITP is able to detect and respond to cyber threats facing their clients.
In 2016, the company was estimated to have between $10 million and $25 million in annual revenues. The company has around 200 employees based in Chicago. It also has offices in Wisconsin and Michigan.
