- Agents – Sparkcentral makes its enjoyable for agents to do their work by receiving the right messages at the right time.
- Managers – Sparkcentral lets managers track and monitor team performance as well as lower the cost of servicing customers.
History
Sparkcentral is headquartered in San Francisco, California. Matthew Finneran and Davy Kestens founded the company in June 2011 and originally named it TwitSpark. It was eventually renamed the following year and it was soon incorporated.
In January 2012, they received $1.13 million in seed funding. In October 2013, Sparkcentral received $4.5 million in Series A funding led by Jackson Square Ventures. In January 2015, the company received $12 million in Series B funding led by Split Rock Partners.
Now, the company is very successful with a large client roster that includes the likes of Delta Air Airlines, Emirates, Netflix, Nordstrom, Dropbox, Uber, and T-Mobile. The organization now has nearly 100 employees.
