A city located in the US state of California, Fontana has a 2013 census population of more than 203,000. This makes it the 20th biggest city in California, in terms of population. Fontana was named as such based on the Italian word, water source or fountain, since it is close to the Santa Ana River. In addition, Fontana houses great tourist spots, such as the Martin Tudor Jurupa Hills Regional Park, Southridge Park, Seville Park, and the Mark Vagle Nature Center, to name a few.
