Grand Prairie is a city located in the US state of Texas. It straddles three counties – Dallas County, Tarrant County and Ellis County – and is part of the Mid-Cities region of the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex.

The city is also home to the US Headquarters of Airbus Helicopters, and Siemens maintain a high tech manufacturing plant here employing some 600 people.
