St. Cloud is a city located in Stearns, Benton and Sherburne Counties, Minnesota and has a present population of over 67,000. Founded in 1856, St. Cloud was named after the city of Saint-Cloud, France. The city witnessed major economic development with the introduction of a railroad in the mid-19th century.
