Collaboration: The role of the Senior Advertising Operations Manager is a highly collaborative role. In this position, the Senior Advertising Operations Manager works with several cross-functional teams inclusive of the content production team with whom he ensures the production of high-quality advertising content and materials that are in line with the business’s overall goals and objectives. He also works closely with the business’s sales personnel in planning integrated deals that strike at unique business KPIs.
The Senior Advertising Operations Manager also works closely with the human resources department in assessing new recruitment necessities and criteria as well as identifying additional training needs for existing personnel for the purpose of ensuring consistent performance.

Analytics: The Senior Advertising Operations Manager plays an analytical role where he provides leveraged solutions, for example, DFP, Lyris, AdBook, Strongview, and Site Catalyst in executing, tracking, and analyzing advertising campaigns tools, identifying gaps or trends, and subsequently generating reports and proposals for new solutions and strategies. In this capacity, the Senior Advertising Operations Manager also reviews daily reports from junior advertising departments in order to guarantee on-time and accurate delivery of advertising campaigns.

Required Qualifications of the Senior Advertising Operations Manager

Experience: A candidate for this position must have had experience of over 5 years working in an advertising operations position, preferably working as an advertising operations manager.
